30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of use.

How to request a return

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is received we will refund the original purchase.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Cancellations
